Plant Based and Organically Sustainable
Our Solution: Three product classes from one harvest
Supply - thebaine from perennial Papaver bracteatum
Status: licensed and in cultivation.
|
We hold Victorian cultivation licence No. 1132, held continuously since 2015. Our crop is a perennial poppy, established once and harvested across several seasons rather than replanted annually. It yields thebaine, the controlled alkaloid that pharmaceutical manufacturers convert into analgesics and into the antagonists used to reverse overdose and treat dependence. |
Research - a peripherally restricted analgesic candidate
Status: preclinical
|
A provisional patent application was filed in October 2026 on a modified analgesic designed to act outside the central nervous system. The compound has not yet been synthesised, and all of its properties are calculated from its structure rather than measured. We are seeking a medicinal chemistry partner. |

We are actively looking to partner with pharmaceutical companies for our R&D trials to propel the next generation of medicinal advances.
